Inline, ASME Code Silencers: Model ILM-25 Expected Attenuation is 25 dBA Maxim ILM-25 silencers will provide a very high level of silencing when properly installed with pressure reducing valves and on centrifugal compressor discharges. These silencers are fabricated in accordance with ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Division I.. The ILM model utilizes a slightly higher pressure drop than the ILL. This design reduces the ILM package size without significantly sacrificing acoustical performance.
